Nick Allison comes to GS1 New Zealand from a position as a Principal Economist at the New Zealand Institute of Economic Research (NZIER). He has previously held leadership roles at the Ministry of Economic Development, Foundation for Research, Science & Technology, Transfund and Ernst & Young.

At GS1, Nick works with Government agencies to support their adoption of GS1’s global data standards for identification, traceability and electronic data interchange (EDI).
