ProductRecallNZ Overview Training

The ProductRecallNZ Overview Training webinar is a 30 minute interactive training session.

A GS1 NZ staff member will take you through the essential set-up activities of ProductRecallNZ and show you how to perform online recalls or withdrawals. You will also have the ability to ask questions during and after the session. To take part in the ProductRecallNZ webinar you must be registered to use the ProductRecallNZ service.

What will the webinar cover?

The webinar will cover:

  • Introduction to ProductRecallNZ
  • Creating and issuing a Product Recall and Withdrawal
  • Additional features of the system, including help features

The webinar is 35 minutes long and is held every Monday and Wednesday at 2pm and Friday at 11am. To be able to take part in this webinar you need to register at least one hour prior to the start time.

Friday the 30th of March and Monday the 2nd of April will not go ahead due to company closure for these dates.
