The following key points are known for GS1net users about the Progressive GS1net project at this point in time.

• Progressive are planning to implement GS1net from early 2011 as part of their Galaxy Program (Progressive Galaxy FAQs document coming soon).
• We already know there will be some additional fields required by Progressive, but the final data set will not be finalised or published until July 2010 (update: mid-August 2010).
• The implementation will cover their Food, Fuel and Liquor businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
• Progressive do intend to use the full suite of GDSN Responses (accept / reject etc) providing meaningful GDSN responses.

• Progressive is currently in the design phase and is working with GS1 New Zealand’s assistance. After July 2010 (update: mid-August 2010), full details will be made available.
