Get a GS1 NZ Bar Code Verification Report

How you apply to get a verification report depends on whether you are a member of GS1 NZ or not.

GS1 NZ MEMBERS

 

NOT A MEMBER OF GS1 NZ

If you are a member of GS1, you can simply log in to MyGS1 to apply for a verification report.

Looking for a verification application form? Please login to MYGS1 and click 'verify your bar code scans' and then 'order a verification report'. Any issues or forgot your password, feel free to call 0800-10-23-56 or email verify@gs1nz.org.

 

Cost: Full members recieve ten free reports each year (worth $750 + GST). Additional reports cost $20 + GST. One number members receive one free verification report as part of their $129 + GST joining fee. Additional reports cost $75 + GST.

 

Looking for past reports? Please login to MyGS1 and click 'verify your bar code scans' and then click on 'search past reports'. Please remember that we have a turn around of 48 hours/ 2 days.

 

 

You can still recieve GS1 NZ verification reports. Simply. download this application form and either email, fax or send it back to GS1 NZ. For further information please call 0900-66366

 

 

Cost: Please note you will need to pay in advance for a verification report. It costs non-members $75 + GST for each report
